Instructions for care and handling
*Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. 1. Hand-wash this product in cold water separately. 2. Wash this product inside out. 3. Wash for a short period of time. 4. Color bleeding may occur. 5. Do not soak it in water for more than 10 minutes, and do not use bleach detergent. 6. Do not wring or squeeze the product. 7. Do not tumble dry as it may damage the product. Dry flat in the shade. 8. Dry quickly. Do not let the product stay wet for too long. 9. Do not iron. 10. Do not dry clean. 11. Do not wash products with printings in hot water as the thin fabric may be damaged by other items in the wash. 12. Wash immediately when the product gets dirty or comes into contact with perspiration. 13. Please note that we are not responsible for products that have been damaged due to your mishandling, including but not limited to negligence, color loss through use of bleach, and product deformation and shrinking through incorrect washing and drying. 14. We will not provide compensation for the damaged product if you have not followed the washing instructions on the care label. 15. Avoid excessive pulling on the ribbed parts of the product, such as the cuffs and neckband, as this may cause stretching. 16. Loose threads may be present between the seams of the product. This is a normal occurrence in mass-produced items and is not considered a product defect. Before wearing the product, removing any loose threads with scissors is recommended. After trimming, the product will be ready to wear. 17. The outerwear material goes through an additional dyeing process, which inevitably causes color bleeding. Please be careful when you wear it with bright-colored products (bright-colored tops or bags), as the dye can rub off. 18. There may be creases depending on the material of the product. Also, creases may be caused by the packaging process. Please note that this is not a product defect. Ironing is recommended to remove creases. (Avoid ironing the decorative or printed parts of the product.)

You can request return or exchange by going to My > My Orders > Order Details OR by checking our FAQ.
Return & Exchange Period
Return & exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
If the order was processed differently from what was originally listed or advertised, or from the terms and conditions, customers can request either returns or exchanges within 3 months of receiving the order.
(If the customer change of mind, the customer is not eligible for exchanges, but can cancel the purchase by returning the product.)
Return & Exchange Cost
If the customer wants to return the product(s) due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for and must pay the shipping fee to send the product(s) back for return.
In case of returns due to product defects, wrong delivery, or shipping issues, the seller is responsible for and must pay the shipping fee for the product(s) returned.
Refund Conditions
We reserve the right to deny returns due to a change of mind or in case of opened product(s).
We reserve the right to deny returns if the value of product(s) is deemed to be depreciated due to any trace of product usage, removal or label or tags, or disposal of product box or wrapping.
You can exchange your order only with the identical merch with identical options. If not, you must re-order after returning your order.
We cannot exchange your order even when you apply for it when the seller does not have stocks. If you apply for an exchange when the seller does not have stocks, we cancel your order and make a refund by the payment method you chose when placing an order.
Compensation for Consumer Damages and Refund Delays
