- One membership account can be made per ID among those who have a Weverse Account.
- Your Weverse ID and Weverse Shop ID you used to purchase the membership must match to receive benefits of the membership.
- dOnO MEMBERSHIP KIT (hereinafter MEMBERSHIP KIT) can be purchased separately on the ‘dOnO MEMBERSHIP KIT’ product page within the Weverse Shop. Further information will be posted regarding the MEMBERSHIP KIT.
- The membership duration will be extended until Thu. July 20, 2023 and early bird membership special gifts will be provided to all BAEKHO (KANG DONG HO) membership subscribers who joined the membership before Fri. July 8, 2022, 11:59 PM (KST). For all customers who joined and paid the membership fee in full before July 15, 2022, an emblem inspired by the artist's photo will be provided.

About Return and Exchange
- Return & Exchange Request
- You can request return or exchange by going to My > Orders > Order Details OR using Customer Service center.
- Return & Exchange Period
- The shopper can withdraw by cancelling within 7 days of purchasing the products.
- However, return or exchange due to a change of mind will be denied outright.
- In case of product defects, only the exchanges are allowed within 3 months of receiving the products or within 30 days or discovering the defects.
- Return & Exchange Cost
- After the period of withdrawal, cancellation or return will be denied.
- In case of returns due to product defects, wrong delivery, or shipping issues, the seller is responsible for and must pay the shipping fee for the product(s) returned.
- Grounds for Denying Return & Exchange
- This product goes into production once the order is made. Please note that it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind after the period eligible for withdrawal.
