BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL FANCLUB: MERCH PACK
- You can sign up for an BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL FANCLUB: Merch Pack ("Membership") year-around.
- A Weverse Account holder may sign up for and purchase one membership per ID.
- You must use the identical account for Weverse and Weverse Shop in order to receive your Membership benefits.
- The ARMY MEMBERSHIP KIT and Merch Box can be purchased separately on their respective product pages on Weverse Shop.
- The Membership Kit or Merch Box can only be purchased through the Weverse Shop (GLOBAL, USA or JAPAN) you have purchased your membership from.
- While you can renew your ARMY MEMBERSHIP: Merch Pack before Membership expiration even if you do not purchase all four Merch Boxes, you will no longer be able to purchase any Merch Boxes that may have remained under Membership.
- Please note that you cannot receive a refund for any Merch Boxes that you do not purchase during your Membership period.
- If you cancel (refund) the payment after renewing your membership, the remaining period for your existing membership will not be recovered.
- For Members who have completed your Membership sign-up on the BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL FANCLUB site, there may be changes to your members-only benefits or a refund may be required depending on the remaining time on your Membership period if you purchase a Membership on BTS Weverse Shop JAPAN. Please read all details carefully before using any Membership benefit.
- If those who have already signed up through the 'BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL FANCLUB site' proceed the renewal procedure with the 'Renewal Information' email sent from the site after purchasing the membership with the same ID as the site's ID(email address), the membership renewal will be completed.
- If a membership is repurchased during a period other than the renewal period, the remaining membership period will become invalid and the new membership will be started. As a result, the renewal benefits will not be sent, and the new membership gift will not be sent except for the initial signup, so please be careful.
- Refunds can be issued within seven days of purchase through [Customer Service]. However, refunds cannot be issued if any part of the Membership benefits have been claimed, such as:

- ※ Participating in ticket reservations or events reserved for members
