- ARMY MEMBERSHIP: Merch Pack is a product that allows you to purchase a membership, a kit, and up to four merch boxes.
- You can purchase either ARMY MEMBERSHIP: Merch Pack or ARMY MEMBERSHIP. They are mutually exclusive.
- ARMY MEMBERSHIP: Merch Pack (or "merch pack membership") can be purchased year-round.
- You can purchase every available membership of an artist on Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN/USA) using a single Weverse Shop account.
- You need a billing address in the United States of America to purchase a USA membership.
- You need to use the same account for Weverse and Weverse Shop to fully enjoy the membership-only benefits.
- ARMY MEMBERSHIP KIT (or "membership kit") and Merch Box (or "merch box") can be separately purchased on their product page on Weverse Shop.
- Merch pack membership holders can purchase membership kits and merch boxes from the same Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/USA/JAPAN) they purchased the merch pack membership from.
- Please note that if you purchase less than four merch boxes while your merch pack membership is valid, you will not be compensated for the unpurchased merch boxes.
- It is possible to renew your merch pack membership while it is still valid, even if you have not purchased all four merch boxes. However, if you choose to renew, your chance to purchase the remaining merch boxes will disappear.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your merch pack membership after renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
- The digital membership card image is refreshed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the digital membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have a membership for one artist from more than one Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN/USA), the renewal period of each membership varies depending on the respective purchase date of each membership.

- Refunds can be issued within seven days of purchase on [My > My Orders]. However, refunds cannot be issued if any part of the Membership benefits have been claimed, such as:
- ※ Accessing the Membership-only posts on Weverse
- ※ Purchasing members-only products such as the Membership Kit
- ※ Participating in ticket reservations or events reserved for members
